The Wayne Country Day Chargers volleyball team (Goldsboro, NC), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots (Kinston, NC)
The Patriots (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wayne Christian (Goldsboro, NC). The Eagles come into the NCISAA Coastal Plain challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, Wayne Christian went down by John Paul II Catholic (Greenville, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Chargers encounter the John Paul II Catholic Saints (Greenville, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Plain challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Wayne Country Day will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Wayne Christian (Goldsboro, NC).
