The Banneker Trojans volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Mays Raiders to 0 in the Trojans league victory on Tuesday.
The Trojans now have a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lovejoy for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 13. Banneker will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Forest Park (Forest Park, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-3.
The Raiders (0-11) will now prepare for their game against Midtown (Atlanta, GA). The Knights enter the 5A Area 5 game with a 15-8 record.
