In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM) volleyball squad were winner over the host Bloomfield Bobcats (Bloomfield, NM), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Scorpions battle the Belen Eagles (Belen, NM) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 15. Farmington will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Cottonwood Classical Prep (Albuquerque, NM).

With the loss, Bloomfield moves to 3-3 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Montezuma-Cortez (Cortez, CO) to battle the Panthers in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 14. The Panthers go into the contest with a record of 1-6. Montezuma-Cortez lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Mancos (Mancos, CO)
