The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Bryan County Redskins (Pembroke, GA) and the visiting Dublin Fighting Irish (Dublin, GA), saw Bryan County's volleyball squad beat Dublin by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Bryan County upgrades its record to 11-8 on the year. The Redskins travel to McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA) to play the Buccaneers in a 1A Area 3 bout on Thursday, September 14. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a record of 0-7. McIntosh County Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Woodville-Tompkins (Savannah, GA)

The Fighting Irish now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Burke County for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 12. Dublin will play a Bears squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA). The Bears record now stands at 10-3.
