The Woodland Baptist Christian Eagles topped the visiting Calvary Christian Cougar volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Faith Christian for a NCCSA AA District 2 - West Region test on Friday, September 15. Woodland Baptist Christian will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Gospel Light Christian (Walkertown, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 4-2.
The Cougar (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Oak Level Baptist Academy (Stokesdale, NC). The Conquerors enter the NCCSA A District 3 - East Region test with a 7-0 record. In their last test, Oak Level Baptist Academy gained a win over Sheets Memorial Christian (Lexington, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
