The Titans now have a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heyworth for a Heart of Illinois game on Thursday, September 14. El Paso-Gridley will meet a Hornets team coming off a 2-1 league win over Eureka (Eureka, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 7-5.

The Panthers (9-6) will now prepare for their game against Deer Creek-Mackinaw (Mackinaw, IL). The Chiefs enter the Heart of Illinois game with a 7-6 record. In their last game, Deer Creek-Mackinaw gained a win over Lexington (Lexington, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
