The Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy Crusaders volleyball team (Lincolnton, NC), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Haywood Christian Academy Red Wolves (Waynesville, NC)

The Red Wolves (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Community Christian Academy (Bessemer City, NC). The Warriors enter the Western Piedmont Athletic challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Community Christian Academy went down by Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders encounter the Christian Family Academy Fire (Hickory, NC) in a Western Piedmont Athletic challenge, on Friday, September 15. Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Fire enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC).
