With the win, Monroe upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Trojans host Belleville (Belleville, MI) to face the Tigers in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 16. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 4-5. Belleville lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Hartland (Hartland, MI)

The River Rats now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln for a South Eastern - Red outing on Saturday, September 16. Huron will face a Railsplitters squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI). The Railsplitters record now stands at 5-9.
