The Mancos Bluejays volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Montezuma-Cortez Panthers to 1 in the Bluejays non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Bluejays now have a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nucla for a 2A/1A San Juan Basin game on Saturday, September 16. Mancos will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Norwood (Norwood, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-5.

The Panthers (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM). The Bobcats enter the non-league game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Bloomfield dropped by Farmington (Farmington, NM), 3-1, in a non-league game.
