Rhode Island High School Volleyball - Ponaganset routed by Westerly

The Ponaganset Chieftains volleyball team (North Scituate, RI), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI)

The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Cumberland (Cumberland, RI). The Clippers enter the Division 2 challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Cumberland defeated North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Chieftains meet the Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI) in a Division 2 challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Ponaganset will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Pilgrim (Warwick, RI).
