The Varsity Opponent volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf Lions to 2 in the league victory on Tuesday.

The now have a 65-202 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walnut Grove Christian for a game on Tuesday, September 12. Varsity Opponent will meet a Christian Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league win over HOPE Academy (Concord, NC). The Christian Warriors record now stands at 2-4.

The Lions (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Neighborhood Academy (Pittsburgh, PA). The enter the game with a 0-7 record. In their last game, Neighborhood Academy was nudged by St. Joseph (Natrona Heights, PA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
