The Othello Huskies football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Connell Eagles to 17 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Huskies now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Grandview for a 2A Central Washington test on Friday, September 20. Othello will meet a Greyhounds squad coming off a 44-14 league loss to East Valley (Yakima, WA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Connell drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Royal (Royal City, WA) to meet the Knights in a 1A South Central test on Saturday, September 21. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-0. Royal won 69-6 in their recent league test against College Place (College Place, WA)
