With the win, Wheatmore advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to South Stanly (Norwood, NC) to play the Rowdy Rebel Bulls in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 19. The Rowdy Rebel Bulls go into the battle with a record of 0-3. South Stanly lost 15-8 in their recent non-league battle against Lexington (Lexington, NC)

The Villains now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Carver for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 25. Bishop McGuinness will play a Yellowjackets team coming off a 34-0 non-league loss to Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-1.
