The Cooper Cougars football squad scored 20 points and limited the host San Angelo Central Bobcats to 18 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cougars now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Coronado for a non-league test on Thursday, September 19.
With the defeat, San Angelo Central drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Midland Legacy (Midland, TX) to meet the Rebels in a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. The Rebels come into the test with a record of 1-0.
