The South Christian Sailors soccer team scored 2 points and limited the host Byron Center Bulldogs to 1 in the Sailors non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, South Christian advances its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Sailors travel to Northview (Grand Rapids, MI) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Monday, September 16. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-5. Northview lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Union (Grand Rapids, MI)

The Bulldogs now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hudsonville for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17.
