North Carolina High School Volleyball - Newton-Conover tips Bunker Hill

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Newton-Conover Red Devils volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Bunker Hill Bears.
The Red Devils (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Maiden (Maiden, NC). The Blue Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Maiden got by Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bears meet the Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC) in a challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. Bunker Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 2-1 league win over West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC).
