The Guerin Catholic Golden Eagles volleyball squad (Noblesville, IN), was edged 2-1 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Western Boone Stars (Thorntown, IN)

With the win, Western Boone improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Stars travel to Harrison (West Lafayette, IN) to encounter the Raiders in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 24. The Raiders go into the battle with a record of 9-3.

The Golden Eagles now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory for a battle on Saturday, September 14. Guerin Catholic will encounter a Braves squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Ben Davis (Indianapolis, IN). The Braves record now stands at 1-1.
