Century Panthers (Rochester, MN) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Albert Lea Tigers (Albert Lea, MN), 5-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Century moves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Owatonna (Owatonna, MN) to clash with the Huskies in a Class AA Section 1 test on Tuesday, September 17. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 1-2.

The Tigers now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Fairmont for a Class A Section 2 test on Saturday, September 14. Albert Lea will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] (Montgomery, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-4.
