In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Guilderland Flying Dutchmen soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Averill Park Warriors.

The Flying Dutchmen (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Christian Brothers Academy (Albany, NY). The Brothers go into the Suburban Council- Gray outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Christian Brothers Academy got by Schenectady (Schenectady, NY), 4-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Shenendehowa Plainsmen (Clifton Park, NY) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 14. Averill Park will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
