In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Nichols Vikings soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 victory over the City Honors Centaurs.

The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (Buffalo, NY). The Marauders go into the Msgr Martin outing with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute got by Orchard Park (Orchard Park, NY), 3-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Centaurs play the Riverside Frontiers (Buffalo, NY) in a Buffalo Cornell Cup I outing, on Saturday, September 14. City Honors will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
