In Thursday's non-league contest, the Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL) soccer team routed the visiting Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL), by a count of 5-1.
Next, the Spartans battle the Cristo Rey St. Martin CRSM (Waukegan, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 14. Glenbrook North will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The CRSM enter the contest with a 6-0 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Rochelle Zell Jewish (Deerfield, IL).
The Giants (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Niles North (Skokie, IL). The Vikings enter the Central Suburban - North contest with a 3-1 record.
