In Thursday's league outing, the host Johnston Panthers soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Ponaganset Chieftains.

The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Prout (Wakefield, RI). The Crusaders go into the Division 3 outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Prout by Scituate (North Scituate, RI), 2-0, in a league outing.
