The Kokomo Wildkats soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos to 2 in the Wildkats league victory on Thursday.
The Wildkats now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Logansport for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 17. Kokomo will play a Berries squad coming off a 2-2 non-league West Lafayette (West Lafayette, IN). The Berries record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Lafayette Jefferson moves to 3-2 on the year. The Bronchos host Muncie Central (Muncie, IN) to play the Bearcats in a North Central bout on Saturday, September 14. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Muncie Central won 4-0 in their recent non-league bout against Mississinewa (Gas City, IN)
