Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Lehighton Indians (Lehighton, PA) and the host Northern Lehigh Bulldogs (Slatington, PA), saw Lehighton's soccer squad hold off Northern Lehigh by a count of 3-2.

The Indians (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA). The Panthers enter the Colonial battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Saucon Valley was edged by Notre Dame-Green Pond (Easton, PA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Lincoln Leadership Academy Lions (Allentown, PA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 16. Northern Lehigh will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
