With the triumph, McCracken County moves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Graves County (Mayfield, KY) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-5.

The Cardinals now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host University Heights for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. Mayfield will clash with a Blazers team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Calloway County (Murray, KY). The Blazers record now stands at 5-4.
