Next, the Monarchs clash with the Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 13. Papillion-LaVista will attempt to advance on its 13-3 season record. The Patriots go into the test with a 3-10 record after their 10-8 league loss to Pius X (Lincoln, NE).

The Bears (4-9) will now prepare for their test against Buena Vista (Omaha, NE). The Bison go into the non-league test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Buena Vista prevailed over Benson (Omaha, NE), 8-0, in a non-league test.
