The Dewar Dragons overwhelmed the host Mounds Golden Eagles softball squad by a count of 11-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Dragons meet the Preston Pirates (Preston, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 14. Dewar will attempt to upgrade on its 28-0 season record. The Pirates go into the challenge with a 20-2 record after their 11-0 non-league win over Wilson-Henryetta (Henryetta, OK).
The Golden Eagles (6-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Pawhuska (Pawhuska, OK). The Huskies go into the 2A challenge with a 7-11 record. In their last challenge, Pawhuska was routed by Glenpool (Glenpool, OK), 10-0, in a non-league challenge.
