Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Frankfort Falcons (Ridgeley, WV) and the host Mountain Ridge Miners (Frostburg, MD), observed Frankfort's volleyball team top Mountain Ridge by a count of 3-0.

The Falcons (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Poquoson (Poquoson, VA). The Islanders enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Poquoson notched a victory over Smithfield (Smithfield, VA), 3-2, in a league contest.
