The Lakeland Regional Lancers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting High Point Wildcats to 1 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Lancers now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Passaic Valley for a North Jersey Tri-County A outing on Friday, September 13. Lakeland Regional will play a Hornets team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ). The Hornets record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, High Point drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Villa Walsh Academy (Morristown, NJ) to play the Vikings in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 17. The Vikings come into the outing with a record of 4-0.
