With the win, West End improves its record to 10-12 on the season. The Patriots host Susan Moore (Blountsville, AL) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 3A Area 13 battle on Tuesday, September 17. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 0-6.

The Broncos now own a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southeastern for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 12. Holly Pond will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Appalachian (Oneonta, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-0.
