The Holy Name Green Wave volleyball squad (Parma Heights, OH), dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions (Chardon, OH)

With the win, Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin improves its record to 7-3 on the season. The Lions host Lake Catholic (Mentor, OH) to encounter the Cougars in a North Coast Conference battle on Tuesday, September 17. The Cougars go into the battle with a record of 11-3. Lake Catholic won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Beaumont School (Cleveland Heights, OH)

The Green Wave now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Padua Franciscan for a North Coast Conference battle on Tuesday, September 17. Holy Name will encounter a Bruins squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Holy Cross (Louisville, KY). The Bruins record now stands at 5-9.
