The Menaul Panthers walloped the host Alamo Navajo Cougars football team by a score of 50-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Fort Sumner/House (Fort Sumner, NM) in a 8-Man District 2 (8 Man) challenge, on Friday, September 26. Menaul will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The go into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 24-14 non-league win over Tatum (Tatum, NM).
The Cougars (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Magdalena (Magdalena, NM). The Steers come into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Magdalena triumphed over Reserve (Reserve, NM), 61-0, in a non-league test.
