Minnesota High School Football - Albert Lea holds off New Ulm

The Albert Lea Tigers football team scored 17 points and held the host New Ulm Eagles to 14 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Worthington Trojans (Worthington, MN) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 19. Albert Lea will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 0-3 record after their 14-13 non-league loss to Austin (Austin, MN).

With the defeat, New Ulm drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, MN) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league outing on Friday, September 19.
