Texas High School Football - Anahuac trounced by Garrison

The Anahuac Panthers football team (Anahuac, TX), was crushed 54-0 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Garrison Bulldogs (Garrison, TX)

The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lovelady (Lovelady, TX). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Lovelady crushed Groveton (Groveton, TX), 61-6, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Panthers confront the Lutheran South Academy Pioneers (Houston, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 19. Anahuac will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 48-21 non-league loss to Cooper (The Woodlands, TX).
