Bloomfield Bobcats (Bloomfield, NM) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Kirtland Central Broncos (Kirtland, NM), 56-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Bloomfield advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Bobcats host Aztec (Aztec, NM) to confront the Tigers in a 4A District 1 match on Friday, September 19. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 1-3. Aztec lost 49-12 in their recent league match against Taos (Taos, NM)

Coming up next, the Broncos confront the Grants Pirates (Grants, NM) in a 4A District 1 match, on Friday, September 19. Kirtland Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Pirates go into the battle with a 3-1 record after their 54-0 league win over Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM).
