The Cony Rams football squad scored 55 points and limited the visiting Brunswick Dragons to 6 in the Rams league triumph on Friday.
The Rams now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Blue for a B North challenge on Friday, September 19. Cony will face a Cougars team coming off a 15-0 league loss to Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME). The Cougars record now stands at 0-2.
The Dragons (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Morse (Bath, ME). The Shipbuilders come into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Morse was overwhelmed by Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME), 32-6, in a non-league test.
