In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Burke Bulldogs football squad scored a close 2-0 triumph over the Hemingway Tigers.
The Bulldogs (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Ridgeland Secondary Academy Of Excellence (Ridgeland, SC). The Jaguars come into the non-league match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Ridgeland Secondary Academy Of Excellence was nudged by Manning (Manning, SC), 52-6, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Tigers confront the Lake View Wild Gators (Lake View, SC) in a A Region 6 match, on Friday, September 26. Hemingway will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
