Carl Junction will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 34-12 non-league win over Parkview (Springfield, MO).

With the defeat, Marshfield drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bluejays travel to Hillcrest (Springfield, MO) to meet the Hornets in a Ozark Mountain test on Friday, September 19. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 0-3. Hillcrest lost 56-7 in their recent league test against West Plains (West Plains, MO)
