In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Cascade Christian Challengers football squad scored a decisive 54-6 triumph over the Hidden Valley Mustangs.

The Challengers (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Mapleton/Siuslaw (Mapleton, OR). The Sailors come into the non-league match with a 0-0 record.

Coming up next, the Mustangs play the North Valley Knights (Grants Pass, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. Hidden Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Knights go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 24-23 non-league loss to Siuslaw (Florence, OR).
