The Central Montcalm Hornets walloped the host Lakeview Wildcats football team by a score of 46-6 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Hornets face the White Cloud Indians (White Cloud, MI) in a Central State - Silver challenge, on Friday, September 19. Central Montcalm will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 53-14 non-league loss to Hesperia (Hesperia, MI).
The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Utica (Utica, MI). The Chieftains enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Utica was ripped by Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI), 35-14, in a league challenge.
