In Friday's non-league game, the Interstate 35 Roadrunners (Truro, IA) football team triumphed over the host Clarke Indians (Osceola, IA), by a score of 49-7.
In their next game, the Roadrunners face the Pleasantville Trojans (Pleasantville, IA) in a 1A District 7 game, on Friday, September 19. Interstate 35 will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 3-0 record after their 33-22 non-league win over Mount Ayr (Mount Ayr, IA).
