In Friday's league match, the visiting Souhegan Sabers football squad scored a decisive 35-0 triumph over the ConVal Cougars.
The Sabers (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Stark (Weare, NH). The Generals come into the Division II - West match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Stark was routed by Pelham (Pelham, NH), 47-0, in a league battle.
The Cougars now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Manchester West for a Division II - West battle on Friday, September 19. ConVal will play a Blue Knights team coming off a 37-0 league win over Hollis-Brookline (Hollis, NH). The Blue Knights record now stands at 2-0.
