South Carolina High School Football - Patrick Henry Academy loses to Dorchester Academy

September 12, 2025: St. George, SC 29477

Dorchester Academy Raiders (St. George, SC) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football squad thwart the visiting Patrick Henry Academy Patriots (Estill, SC), 28-14 in a non-league match.

The Raiders (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Beaufort Academy (Beaufort, SC). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 5-0 record. In their last match, Beaufort Academy defeated Lee Academy (Bishopville, SC), 41-0, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Patriots confront the Bethesda Academy Blazers (Savannah, GA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 19. Patrick Henry Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Blazers come into the match with a 3-0 record after their 47-0 league win over Hilton Head Prep (Hilton Head Island, SC).
