Kentucky High School Football - Meade County falls to Elizabethtown

The Elizabethtown Panthers ran past the host Meade County Green Waves football squad by a margin of 18-7 in Friday's non-league test.
The Panthers now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Nelson County for a 4A District 2 test on Friday, September 19. Elizabethtown will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 35-7 non-league loss to Bardstown (Bardstown, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-1.
With the defeat, Meade County drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Green waves travel to Collins (Shelbyville, KY) to meet the Titans in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Titans come into the test with a record of 4-0. Collins won 31-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Oldham County (Buckner, KY)
