The Flagstaff Eagles overwhelmed the visiting Tempe Buffaloes football squad by a margin of 48-12 in Friday's non-league test.

The Eagles now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Paradise Valley for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. Flagstaff will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 21-13 non-league win over Kellis (Glendale, AZ). The Trojans record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Tempe moves to 2-1 on the season. The Buffaloes host La Joya Community (Avondale, AZ) to face the Fighting Lobos in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Fighting Lobos come into the test with a record of 2-1. La Joya Community won 18-9 in their recent non-league test against Copper Canyon (Glendale, AZ)
