In Friday's non-league game, the Ford Panthers (Quinlan, TX) football team were victorious over the host Spring Hill Panthers (Longview, TX), by a margin of 49-41.

The Panthers now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mineral Wells for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 18. Ford will clash with a Rams squad coming off a 36-33 non-league win over Eastern Hills (Fort Worth, TX). The Rams record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Spring Hill drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Gladewater (Gladewater, TX) to clash with the Bears in a non-league outing on Friday, September 19.
