Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers (Waynesfield, OH) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Hardin Northern Polar Bears (Dola, OH), 37-6 in a league battle.

With the win, Waynesfield-Goshen upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host North Baltimore (North Baltimore, OH) to play the Tigers in a Northwest Central challenge on Friday, September 19. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 4-0. North Baltimore won 64-7 in their recent league test against Cory-Rawson (Rawson, OH)

With the defeat, Hardin Northern drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Polar bears travel to Perry (Lima, OH) to meet the Commodores in a Northwest Central challenge on Friday, September 19. The Commodores enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Perry won 28-0 in their recent league challenge against Upper Scioto Valley (McGuffey, OH)
