The Jena Giants walloped the host Holy Savior Menard Eagles football squad by a margin of 56-3 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Giants now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host St. Frederick for a non-league outing on Friday, September 19. Jena will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 48-7 non-league loss to Franklin Parish (Winnsboro, LA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Holy Savior Menard drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host St. Mary (Natchitoches, LA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league outing on Friday, September 19.
