The Howard Wildcats football squad scored 44 points and limited the visiting McKean Highlanders to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Appoquinimink for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. Howard will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 41-6 non-league win over George Washington (Philadelphia, PA). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, McKean drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Red Lion Christian Academy (Bear, DE) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 19. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Red Lion Christian Academy won 53-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Delaware County Christian (Newtown Square, PA)
