The Minico Spartans (Rupert, ID) football trounced the host Jerome Tigers (Jerome, ID), 58-21 in Friday's league outing.
The Spartans now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burley for a game on Friday, September 26.
The Tigers (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Homedale (Homedale, ID). The Trojans come into the non-league outing with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Homedale overwhelmed Kimberly (Kimberly, ID), 28-21, in a non-league game.
